Sabyasachi has performed various Leadership and Executive roles in large Financial Institutions like Tata Finance, Citibank, Fullerton India, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Dhanlaxmi Bank, CRISIL, Maybank Indonesia, Essel Finance Business Loan. Sabyasachi, being an Engineering graduate & Post graduate Diploma in Business Administration, is known for his meticulous understanding of the business metrics & thorough execution.
Minal Chaturvedi

Ms. Minal Chaturvedi is a finance graduate having more than 25 years of working experience in various Organizations.
Ms. Chaturvedi is one of the founders along with Mr. Amitabh Chaturvedi and has been on the Board of Purple Finance since 2013. She oversees business development activities and strategic initiatives at Purple.
Minal Chaturvedi is a Yoga enthusiast and a qualified Yoga trainer. She is a Director of Jigsaw Financial Technology Private Limited.

Mr. Ajay Kumar Pandey is a B.E. Honors in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology (formerly REC-K), Fellow of Telecom Executive Management Institute of Canada (TEMIC), has done the Senior Executive Program (SEP) from London Business School and is a proficiency certificate holder as Independent Director from Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA). He has over 40 years of versatile senior management experience in Information Technology, Power, Energy and Infrastructure sectors across developed and developing markets in USA, Africa and Asia. He has expertise in the functional areas viz. Business Leadership, Strategy, Telecoms, Power & Infrastructure and Urban Planning. He has held the position of Managing Director & Group CEO of Gift City, Gujarat. He has been the past Chairman of FICCI’s Urban Infrastructure & Smart Cities Committee and member of CII’s Infrastructure Committee. Currently, he also holds an empanelment with Indian Council of Arbitration. Previously he has been responsible for the driving growth and development of India’s Model Smart City in the greenfield category and in operationalizing India’s first International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) with project outlay of more than 10 billion USD. He also acts as an Independent Director of Nelco Limited and is the Chairman of Nelco Network Products Limited.

Ms. Sumeet Sandhu Gill is a B.B.A. from Indore and has completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Goa Institute of Management with specialization in Finance. Ms. Sandhu Gill also holds an International Certificate in Wealth & Investment Management from Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), United Kingdom. She has over 22 years of experience across Investments & Insurance, in the financial industry and has launched new segments, products and channels as well as set up new businesses from ground up to build market share and create value. She has worked across India and UAE with organizations such as Finbuddys, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Barclays, Mashreq, and HDFC Bank.

Mr. Sonawala has 30 years of extensive and diverse experience in business, legal matters, Company affairs and Corporate compliance and is a proficiency certificate holder as an Independent Director from Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), (Under the Aegis of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India). He has honed his skills as a highly skilled firefighter and troubleshooter. Additionally, his ability to make astute and strategic decisions has been a valuable asset throughout his career. He is an Executive Director of National Refinery Private Limited and he jointly with the Board of Directors is responsible for all the business, legal, administration, compliance and Company affairs.
Rajan Chandrakant Bhat

Mr. Rajan Bhat is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in the financial services and consulting sectors. Over a career spanning several decades, he has held leadership roles in major organizations including American Express, Tata Capital, Western Union, FCH Centrum Direct, NKGSB Co-operative Bank Ltd and Goldratt Consulting. His areas of expertise include travel and forex services, business development, strategic alliances, compliance, risk management, and profit center management. He currently serves as a Director at Goldratt Consulting India Private Limited. He has received multiple awards from American Express for quality, customer service, and leadership, as well as launching successful financial products in line with regulatory guidelines.
